SkyNews photo of the week!

I'm excited that this aurora photo I submitted to Sky News in the winter was recently chosen as their photo of the week! This is probably the best aurora photo that I've taken. On New Year's Eve, the forecast for aurora was very strong with a high KP index so we went to a nearby ghost town to get photos with an old church and cemetery. Driving there, the aurora were visibly bright even before the sky was completely dark. The show continued after we set up the camera and tripod with some nice photos being taken.
